EXCHANGE POLICY
How to Exchange?
- Since all our outfits are made to order, we at SacredStitch(A Unit of Am Printex Solutions) only offer a SIZE EXCHANGE (of upto 2 sizes).
- In the event of an exchange please email us at hello@sacredstitch.in within 24 hours of receiving the package along with the new size requirements. Any exchange requests made post 24 hours will not be eligible for exchange.

Our team will get in touch with you informing a return address.
i.e 16/3, Mathura Road, Behind Badkhal Mor Metro Station Sector 19 Faridabad 121002, Faridabad, Haryana, 121002 - Please dispatch the order within 48 hours of receiving our confirmation for the return.
- Our team will examine the product and update you with whether your outfit is eligible for an exchange .
- If your exchange request is approved, outfit with the new size will be shipped within 3-5 working days. If your exchange request is denied (for any reasons mentioned below) the same outfit will be shipped back to you in 1-2 working days.
NOTE:
- The return shipping charge must be borne by the customer. The company is also not liable if the package gets lost/damaged in the return shipment, thus please use a reliable courier service.
- We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us without our confirmation or post 48 hours of return confirmation
Items not eligible for Exchange
Following product categories fall under "No Exchange".
- Any custom-made order where you have requested for custom sizing, colour or design
- Sale items
- Any Item that have been used or washed
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
- Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
- Any freebie
FAULTY or DAMAGED ITEMS
While we strive In creating and delivering outfits of the highest quality, there Is a remote possibility that
- the item may be damaged during transit
- or there might be a manufacturing defect
- or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In such a situation we request you to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package with a photo/video of the damaged outfit at hello@sacredstitch.in. In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement is made within the stipulated time-frame (24 HOURS). No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
